This project involved the complete demolition and rebuild of two large apartments into four rental properties within Savannah’s Historic District. The work carefully preserved the building’s original character while incorporating modern conveniences and finishes. Below the residences, a fully renovated office space features a full bar, open work areas, and multiple enclosed meeting rooms, blending exposed beams, original flooring, brick walls, and structural columns into a refined industrial-modern aesthetic.
